At Lotus Apotheke, each item is thoughtfully prepared and shipped with care. Please review the information below before placing your order.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–7 business days, depending on the item.

  • Print-on-demand journals and paper goods are produced specifically for each order.

  • Some items may ship separately if fulfilled by different partners.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout for reference only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • weather conditions

  • customs processing

  • incorrect or incomplete address information


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • item type

  • order weight

  • destination

  • fulfillment method

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Orders cannot be modified once placed.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. If you need assistance, you may contact us at care@lotusapotheke.com, and we will do our best to help.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged item

  • photos of the packaging

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.
