At Lotus Apotheke, each item is thoughtfully made or carefully selected with intention and care. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

All Sales Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including but not limited to:

  • Journals and paper goods

  • Bath and body products

  • Hygiene or self-care items

  • Pet care products

  • Home and lifestyle goods

This policy helps ensure the safety, cleanliness, and integrity of all products we offer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@lotusapotheke.com with:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Print-on-Demand Items

Journals and paper goods are produced specifically for each order. For this reason:

  • we cannot accept returns or exchanges

  • refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or defective

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. We are unable to make changes once an order has been placed.
